Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Everest Industries has informed that the Company has executed a Sale Deed on November 3, 2025 for the sale of commercial premises situated at 5B4, 5th Floor, B-Wing, Gundecha Onclave Premises Co-op. Society, Saki Village, Kherani Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400072, Maharashtra (‘property’). Further, the sale of this property does not constitute as an undertaking or substantially the whole of the undertaking of the Company in terms of section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013. The disclosure as required under Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as ‘Annexure A’.
