Sheela Foam has informed that while submitting the outcome of the Board Meeting dated November 04, 2025, one page containing ‘Additional disclosure as per Regulation 52(4) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015’ was inadvertently not included in the earlier submission due to an inadvertent clerical error. Accordingly, they are hereby submitting the complete set of documents, including the missing page, for records and necessary information.
