In continuation of the Notice of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company (EGM Notice) to be held on 06th November, 2025, which has already been emailed to all the shareholders of the Company on 13th October, 2025, Astal Laboratories has informed that a Corrigendum is being issued today to inform all the Shareholders to whom the Notice of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting has been sent regarding changes in the EGM Notice and Explanatory Statement due to change in Item No. 2. A copy of the detailed Corrigendum is enclosed herewith. The said Corrigendum is also being uploaded on the website of the Company. Except as detailed in the attached Corrigendum, all other items of the EGM Notice, along with the Explanatory Statement shall remain unchanged. This Corrigendum will also be available on the Website of the Company www.astallabs.com. Further noted that on and from the date hereof, the EGM Notice dated 09th October, 2025 shall always be read collectively with this Corrigendum.
