Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with the Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditor for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The financial results and the Limited Review Report are enclosed thereon. 2. The Statement of deviation or variation under Regulation 32 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 which is enclosed. The meeting commenced at 01:00 pm and concluded at 02:50 pm. Further, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will re-open after 48 hours of announcement of the said results.
