In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the designated persons from 01st October, 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results i.e. upto 16th November, 2025.
