To consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the Half year ended on 30th September, 2025 as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; 2. Other matters as per agenda of the Notice. Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, as framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company is closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st October, 2025 and will remain closed till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company.
