Waaree Energies’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Waaree Power (WPPL) has acquired 76% stake in Racemosa Energy (India) for an aggregate consideration of Rs 53.20 crore. Consequently, Racemosa Energy (India) has become step-down subsidiary of the company effective from November 07, 2025.

Waaree Energies is primarily engaged in the business of manufacture of solar photo-voltaic modules, setting up of projects in solar space and sale of electricity.
