Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has launched dedicated ‘Urban Invest Window’ (UiWIN), one-stop, end-to-end support platform for Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) to develop bankable infrastructure projects and offer solutions such as capacity Building to ULBs, project formulation and asset monetization, access to financial and capital markets; and management of existing assets.
HUDCO finances social housing and residential real estate through primarily lending to State Governments and their agencies, which, in turn, extend the finance to or utilise the finance for the ultimate individual beneficiaries.
