Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, Dreamfolks Services has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, November 10, 2025, (which commenced at 09:30 am and concluded at 10:53 am) had considered and approved the proposal to invest for an amount not exceeding INR. 11.46 Crore in Ten 11 Hospitality LLP, by way of acquiring 50.01% partnership stake from existing partners. Upon the completion of said acquisition, Ten 11 Hospitality LLP shall become a subsidiary of the Company. The relevant information pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure-1.
