Pursuant to Regulation 32(6) of the SEBI Listing Regulations and Regulation 41(4) of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, Exicom Tele-Systems has informed that it enclosed the Monitoring Agency Report(s), issued by CARE Ratings, (‘Monitoring Agency’) in respect of the following: a. Utilization of proceeds raised through the Initial Public Offer (‘IPO’) and Pre-IPO Placement for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (enclosed as ‘Annexure-1’); and b. Utilization of proceeds raised through the Rights Issue for the period from July 31, 2025 to September 30, 2025 (enclosed as ‘Annexure-2’). The aforesaid Monitoring Agency Reports have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held earlier today.
