Utilization of proceeds raised through the Initial Public Offer (‘IPO’) and Pre-IPO Placement for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (enclosed as ‘Annexure-1’); and b. Utilization of proceeds raised through the Rights Issue for the period from July 31, 2025 to September 30, 2025 (enclosed as ‘Annexure-2’). The aforesaid Monitoring Agency Reports have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held earlier today.
