Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has reported result for second quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2FY26).
The company has reported 3.08% rise in its net profit at Rs 709.83 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 688.62 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 28.70% at Rs 3,251.02 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 2,526.14 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
HUDCO finances social housing and residential real estate through primarily lending to State Governments and their agencies, which, in turn, extend the finance to or utilise the finance for the ultimate individual beneficiaries.
