Nectar Lifesciences has completed the slump sale of its active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) and formulations business (Business) to Ceph Lifesciences in accordance with the terms of the business transfer agreement (BTA). The company has also completed the asset sale to Ceph Lifesciences. The transfer is completed with effect from November 10, 2025.
