Globtier Infotech has received approval for investment of an amount of up to 5,000 Great Britain Pound in a new wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely as Globtier UK, incorporated on October 23, 2025. With this investment, the WOS will carry the business of Information technology and Information Technology enabled Services.
The board of directors of the company at its meeting held on November 12, 2025, has approved the same.
