Nazara Technologies reports consolidated net loss at Rs 29.35 crore in Q2

Nazara Technologies has reported result for second quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2FY26). 

The company has reported net loss at Rs 966.95 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to net profit at Rs 12.73 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, the total income of the company increased by 38.49% at Rs 34.00 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 24.55 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss at Rs 29.35 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to net profit at Rs 23.83 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, the total income of the company increased over four-folds at Rs 1,630.92 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 344.25 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
