Premier Explosives has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board, Government of Andhra Pradesh on November 13, 2025. Under this MoU, the company has proposed to make an investment of about Rs 500 crore in the State of Andhra Pradesh for setting up an establishment for manufacture of Defence and Aerospace products.
Premier Explosives is engaged in manufacture of high energy materials like bulk explosives, packaged explosives, detonators, detonating fuse, solid propellants, pyrogen igniters, pyro devices, etc., having applications in mining, infrastructure, defence, space, homeland security and such other areas.
