Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), Cupid Breweries And Distilleries has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company based on the recommendation of Audit Committee, in their Board Meeting held on Friday, November 14, 2025 after due deliberations, noted that the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025 could not be considered, as the consolidated financial information required for the Limited Review remained incomplete. Consequently, H Rajen & Co., Statutory Auditors, expressed their inability to proceed with the limited review or issue the Limited Review Report at this stage. The meeting commenced at 11:36 pm (IST) and concluded at 11:58 pm (IST). The aforesaid information shall also be made available on the Company's website at www.cupidalcobev.com.
