In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Paras Defence and Space Technologies has informed that Paras Defence and Space Technologies (PARAS), has received an order from IRDE-DRDO, Ministry of Defence, Government of India valued at approximately Rs. 71.68 crores (Incl. GST) for supply of two Optronic Periscopes for submarine application.
