HCL Technologies, Tata Power and TVS Motor Company to see some action today

HCL Technologies (HCLTech), in collaboration with NVIDIA, has launched an innovation lab in Santa Clara, California, to help enterprises explore, incubate and scale industry applications of physical AI and cognitive robotics. Integrated with HCLTech’s global AI Lab network, the dedicated facility will combine the power of the NVIDIA technology stack and its core platforms, such as NVIDIA Omniverse, NVIDIA Metropolis, NVIDIA Issac Sim, NVIDIA Jetson and NVIDIA Holoscan, with HCLTech’s growing set of physical AI solutions, which include VisionX, Kinetic AI, IEdgeX and SmartTwin, to help G2000 organizations experiment, incubate and scale physical AI initiatives for increased competitiveness. 

Tata Power Company’s subsidiary --Tata Power Renewable Energy (TPREL) has successfully commissioned NHPC’s landmark 450 MWp (DC) / 300 MW (AC) DCR-compliant solar power project as the EPC contractor at Karnisar Bhatiyan, Bikaner, Rajasthan. Executed over a span of two and a half years with unparalleled excellence in execution, the project stands as a demonstration to TPREL’s robust project management and technical capabilities. In addition to the 300 MW NHPC project, TPREL is also powering Rajasthan’s upcoming clean-energy landscape with DCR-compliant cells and modules for SJVN’s 1 GW project and NLC’s 300 MW project-both poised for commissioning and set to become major renewable milestones. 

TVS Motor Company has launched the TVS Apache RTR 180 in Kenya. The company has associated with its long-standing distribution partner in Africa - Car & General for this venture. The introduction of TVS Apache in Africa marks a major milestone, bringing a legacy of racing excellence, advanced technologies and two decades of global credibility to Kenyan biking culture.

Mahindra EPC Irrigation has bagged contract from Office of the Asst Engineer, Community Micro Irrigation Project for allied projects under Community Micro Irrigation Systems. Broad commercial consideration or size of the order(s)/contract(s) is Rs 1.79 crore. 

WPIL’s South African Subsidiary has received a Contract from METSI KE MATLA JV for complete electro mechanical and instrumentation works for MCWAP2 Project of Trans Caledon Tunnel Authority (South Africa) for a total value of 821m Rand (Rs 426 crore) to be commissioned in 48 months. The said Contract does not fall within related party transaction. 

Virtuoso Optoelectronics has signed an Operating Lease Agreement with Star Eltech Manufacturing. Virtuoso Optoelectronics would lease manufacturing assets of Star Eltech Manufacturing at Chennai to start manufacturing Air Conditioners.

Simplex Realty has incorporated the wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in the name of ‘Simplex Dream Homes LLP’ on November 14, 2025. The WOS is incorporated to carry on the business as builders, real estate developers and general construction contractors, for new projects and partnerships in regards to development of projects.
