In furtherance to the intimation done by the Company on 7th November, 2025. JSW Cement has informed that the Company has today signed a Securities Purchase Agreement amongst Nuvoco Vistas Corporation (‘Purchaser’), JSW Cement (the Company - Seller 1 therein) and Alpha Alternatives Holdings (Seller 2 therein) (together, the ‘Sellers’) and Algebra Endeavour (‘Algebra’) for the transfer of 100% of the securities of Algebra respectively held by the Sellers to the Purchaser. The requisite details pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are enclosed.
