Newgen Software Technologies has informed that Newgen Software Technologies (UK), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company incorporated in the UK, has executed a Master Service Agreement with a customer for Newgen Software licenses, AWS Managed Cloud Services and Implementation services for the Customer. The aggregate value of the aforesaid Agreement is GBP £1,468,804. The details as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed.
