LTIMindtree, Hazoor Multi Projects and Adani Energy Solutions to see some action today

LTIMindtree has expanded its global collaboration with Microsoft to accelerate Microsoft Azure adoption and drive AI-powered business transformation for enterprises. Hazoor Multi Projects has been awarded the Letter of Award (LoA) by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the operation of the user fee/toll collection agency at Rampura Toll Plaza, located at Km 23.300, 2/4 lane with paved shoulder from Km 0/000 to Km 79/700 on NH 548B (Vijayapur-Sankeshwar Section) in the state of Karnataka and upkeep/maintenance of the adjacent toilet blocks, including recouping the consumable items. The total value of the project is Rs 13.87 crore awarded on the basis of competitive bidding through e-tender. 

Adani Energy Solutions has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from PFC Consulting for establishment of ‘Transmission System for Evacuation of Power from potential renewable energy zone in Khavda area of Gujarat under Phase-V (8GW): Part C’ through Tariff Based Competitive Bidding Process (TBCB). The LOI is subject to customary conditions and execution of binding agreements between the parties. 

Suprajit Engineering has entered into an Investment Agreement with Blubrake S.p.A. (Blubrake). The investment of 1 million Euros is broadly on the same terms and valuation as Blubrake’s recent successful fund raise round. After investment, Suprajit will hold minority stake and a board observer seat in Blubrake.

Inox Green Energy Services’ parent, Inox Wind and Group company, Inox Solar, have entered into Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) with KP Group companies KP Energy & KPI Green respectively. The MoUs establish strategic partnerships aimed at jointly developing 2.5 GW of wind and 2.5 GW of solar power projects across multiple states in India. Under the MoUs, Inox Green will provide the O&M services for the wind turbine generators and solar modules set up across all the projects under the partnership. 

Continental Securities is planning to expand its business operations through the formation of wholly-owned/ subsidiary companies. This initiative aligns with the company’s strategy to diversify its business portfolio and strengthen its presence in additional financial sectors. The company is evaluating the formation of a subsidiary to undertake activities including the acquisition of Mutual Fund AUM and Portfolio Management Services (PMS), subject to regulatory approvals and feasibility.

Velox Shipping and Logistics has signed an agreement w.r.t. investment in International Logistics Associates LLC (hereinafter referred to as ILA) for purchase of 98% stake therein following the completion of the procedural requirements.  The object of acquisition is to expand and establish its business operations in international markets. Cost of acquisition is $4,47,860.
