NTPC Green Energy, UFO Moviez and Meghmani Organics to see some action today

NTPC Green Energy (NGEL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Singareni Collieries Company (SCCL) on in Hyderabad. The MoU aims to explore business opportunities of mutual interest towards development of Renewable Energy Projects including Solar, Wind and Hybrid Projects with or without storage, Green Hydrogen/derivatives, green mobility etc.

UFO Moviez has entered into a strategic alliance with Miraj Cinemas, the country’s third-largest cinema exhibition chain. Through this partnership, UFO Moviez has secured exclusive advertising rights across Miraj Cinemas’ extensive network of 239 screens. With this collaboration, UFO Moviez’s total cinema advertising network will expand to over 4000 screens, further strengthening its position as India’s largest integrator of in-cinema screen inventory. This partnership will also significantly enhance UFO’s multiplex screen portfolio, increasing it to over 2500 multiplex screens, and firmly consolidating its leadership as the largest multiplex on-screen advertising network in the country.

Meghmani Organics (MOL) has incorporated Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company under the name ‘Meghmani Organics Biodefensivos E Agricolas Do Brazil’ in Brazil. Object of new entity is the commercialization, import, export, storage and distribution of chemical products and agricultural pesticides. 

RNIT AI Solutions (RNIT) has been awarded the project titled ‘Development and Implementation of Online Software Application to Monitor Academic and National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) Activities’ for the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh. This project signifies RNIT’s entry into a new horizon of providing customized digital AI solutions to the State Board of Technical Education and Training, thereby strengthening RNIT’s footprint in delivering digital AI solutions for Government educational and vocational training institutions.
