Man Industries (India) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Aramco Asia India on November 19, 2025. The MoU aims to explore and extend the close cooperation in respect of commercial feasibility and business potential of setting up a manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia and also to explore supply of the existing range of products manufactured by the company or its subsidiaries. The MoU is effective immediately for a period of five years.
