Pace Digitek has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Transgreenx Energy’ on November 22, 2025. The WOS shall carry on the business related to act as an asset-holding and project development company engaged in the identification, acquisition, development, ownership, operation, and management of energy and infrastructure projects, either directly or through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), subsidiaries, joint ventures, or any other appropriate structure. The newly incorporated entity belongs to Renewable Energy Sector.
