Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, RMC Switchgears has informed that the company has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) amounting to ?42,23,90,437.24 /- from Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited for executing the works relating to Construction of new 132 kV GSS, Kalyanpur (Pachpadra), Distt- Balotra along with associated lines and bays including supply of all Equipments/Materials, Erection (including civil works) Testing and Commissioning under BN- 9016002514 (On Supply & ETC Basis) The receipt of this LOI further strengthens the Company’s order book and is expected to contribute positively to the Company’s revenue and growth prospects. The Company shall update the Stock Exchange on further material developments in this regard, if any, as required under the aforesaid Regulation. The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure - 1.
