Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Titan Biotech has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 29th November, 2025 at 903-909, 9th Floor, Bigjos Tower, Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi-110034, India, to consider and approve proposal for alteration in the share capital of the Company by sub-division / split of existing equity shares having face value of Rs 10 each, fully paid up, in such manner as may be determined by the Board of Directors, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company and other requisite approvals as may be required; and any other business matter with the permission of the Chair. Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities by designated persons of the Company has been closed from Tuesday, 25th November, 2025, and will remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of outcome the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Saturday, 29th November, 2025.
