Darjeeling Ropeway Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held today, Tuesday, 25th November, 2025, at the Registered Office of the Company situated at 104, Floor-1, Shreeji Darshan, Tata Road No. 2, Roxy Cinema Opera House, Girgaon, Mumbai - 400 004, which commenced at 4:00 PM and concluded at 5:00 PM, has considered and approved: Adoption of New set of Memorandum of Association (MOA) pursuant to the provisions of Table-A of Schedule I of the Companies Act, 2013, along with alteration of the Object Clause by substituting and deleting Object Nos. 1 to 35 (being outdated and not aligned with current business activities), retaining Object Nos. 36 to 42 which remain relevant to the Company’s present operations, and re-numbering the objects in the proposed MOA from Object Nos. 1 to 7, subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing General Meeting of the Company; The alteration of the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the Company, subject to the approval of the in ensuring General Meeting of the Company.
