Apollo Micro Systems (AMS) has entered into Joint Development Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Navy represented by Directorate General of Naval Armament Inspection (DGNAI), and the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai (IIT-Chennai). This unique tripartite agreement leverages the core strengths of India's defence ecosystem: academic research, military domain expertise, and industrial manufacturing capacity. The collaboration is focused on addressing and solving present and future problem statements of the Armed Forces through indigenous research and development (R&D).

KP Green Engineering has successfully executed and dispatched its first Heavy Engineering Product – a Rail Over Bridge (ROB) structure for Chennai Metro. The structure has been designed, engineered and fully manufactured at its newly launched Matar facility, demonstrating the company’s capability to undertake complex and large-scale steel structures for metro and railway infrastructure requirements. This further reinforces that the new Matar facility is operational and progressing steadily on its pathway toward achieving complete capacity utilisation. 

Jyoti’s Switchgear Division has secured Letter of Intent (LoI) of Rs 40.77 crore (Including GST) for Supply of 11 KV VCB PANELS (Quantity 525 Nos.) From Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation, Vadodara, Gujarat. 

Bliss GVS Pharma’s wholly owned subsidiary--Bliss GVS International, Singapore, has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Theralife Pharma’, Nairobi, Kenya. The entity being acquired belongs to Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry.

Aditya Birla Capital (ABCL) has made an investment of Rs 40 crore on rights basis, in the equity shares of Aditya Birla Capital Digital (ABCDL). Pursuant to the aforesaid investments, there is no change in the percentage shareholding of ABCL and ABCDL continues to be wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. ABCL is making the investment in ABCDL to meet its growth and funding requirements.

RNIT AI Solutions (RNIT) has been awarded a project from Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society – Hyderabad. This project establishes RNIT as the technology partner for deploying an AIbased Facial Recognition system to manage daily attendance for around 1,70,000 students per day across 268 institutions under the SaaS model. It marks a significant milestone in RNIT’s execution of AI-driven governance and institutional automation.

Super Sales India has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Tamil Nadu (GoTN) through its Nodal Agency ‘Guidance’. According to this MoU, the Guidance will extend necessary support and facilitation as set forth in the MoU in the form of necessary infrastructural support and regulatory facilitation, subject to applicable laws. This will help the company in obtaining necessary permissions, registrations, approvals, allotments, clearances and incentives from the relevant Government in the State of Tamil Nadu.
