Appointment of Priyan Pillay as the Executive Vice-President - Legal (Senior Management Personnel) of the Company effective January 2, 2026. 2. Appointment of Jaikishan Shah as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company (Key Managerial Personnel) effective November 26, 2025.
