With reference to email having Ref. L/SURV/ONL/PV/AA/ 2025-2026 / 701 dated 26th November, 2025 seeking clarification on volume movement, HEG has informed that apart from the information on various matters already shared with the Stock Exchanges from time to time, there is no further information / announcement which are required to be shared with the Stock Exchanges and that the Company is unaware of the reasons for the price/volume movement of the Company's scrip. Further, being a responsible corporate citizen, they would continue to keep the Stock Exchanges informed of any information/ announcement as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 from time to time.
