Wipro, BCPL Railway Infrastructure and Lenskart Solutions to see some action today

Wipro has entered into a strategic alliance with the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and the Foundation for Science Innovation and Development (FSID) to collaborate on cutting-edge research and innovation across frontier technologies. The organizations aim to accelerate breakthroughs in areas like agentic AI, embodied AI, quantum AI, and quantum safe solutions, to help enterprises build more secure, adaptive, and autonomous digital operations.

BCPL Railway Infrastructure has bagged an order for Provision of Circuit Breaker at various Yard, Sidings in Howrah Division of Eastern Railway. The letter of acceptance has been received for the work of ‘Provision of Circuit Breaker in lieu of Breaker on Main (BM) at various Yard, Sidings to improve sectioning arrangement by reducing tripping on main line in Howrah Division of Eastern Railway’ under Howrah Division-Electrical of Eastern Railway. The total project cost comprises of Rs 6 crore and it is expected to be executed over a period of 12 months. 

Lenskart Solutions has entered into an exciting partnership with Labubu Popmart, the global leader in designer toy and entertainment culture. This collaboration brings together Lenskart's innovative eyewear fashion with Popmart's beloved IP, Sweet Bean, to launch a limited-edition collection of Eyewear and Bitz charms in the Singapore market, transforming into an even more personal and playful style statement. 

Indo-Tech Transformers has received Purchase Order dated November 25, 2025 for supply of 11 number of transformers. The aggregate value of the order under the said PO is Rs 91.26 crore plus applicable taxes. 

Kesar India has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the Company in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India by the name Kesar Infraventures (KIPL). The said subsidiary was incorporated on November 26, 2025. As per the Memorandum of Association of the KIPL, the main object of the company is to carry on the business of civil contractors, engineers and constructors of all kinds of residential, commercial, industrial, public, or private projects and buildings, roads, bridges, dams, canals, flyovers, tunnels, drainage systems, water supply and sewage systems, dams, reservoirs, power plants, and telecommunication work, and all other kinds of civil, structural, and infrastructure works.

M & B Engineering has secured, through its Wholly Owned Subsidiary Phenix Construction Technologies INC., USA, a sizable export order for design, manufacturing and supply of Pre-Engineered Building/ Structural Steel to its customer in the USA. Broad consideration or size of the order(s)/contract(s) is $7.53 million.

Sellwin Traders and Patel Container India (PCIPL) have advanced their partnership by initiating the formal Strategic Association and Share Swap Agreement for Sellwin’s proposed 36% investment in PCIPL’s container manufacturing project being developed near Bhavnagar, Gujarat. The move follows an earlier Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed in 2024, under which both companies agreed to explore collaboration for the development of PCIPL’s container manufacturing facility (Project). PCIPL is presently executing the Project on leased land located near Bhavnagar, designated exclusively for establishing the manufacturing unit.
