Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, TANFAC Industries has informed that the Company has signed a contract with Krishna Organics, Vadodara for supply of High Purity Diluted Hydroflouric Acid for an estimated value of Rs.336 Crores. The aforesaid contract has been signed in the normal course of business. Disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure.
