Sterling and Wilson Renewable, Maharashtra Seamless and Lupin to see some action today

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy has signed a 5-year Strategic Partnership Framework Agreement, and received its first order from Adani Green Energy. This order is for a Balance of System (BOS) package for three Solar Power Projects at one of the World’s largest RE projects at Khavda Renewable Energy Park, Gujarat. This order involves supply of goods and onsite services with total order valued at around Rs 1,381 crore excluding taxes. The company is currently executing around 6 GW in the Khavda region with around 5 GW scheduled to be completed in this fiscal. With this project of 1 GW, the company continues to maintain a dominant position in the Gujarat region. With this order win, the company has now achieved more than Rs 6,450 crore of order inflows this fiscal.

Maharashtra Seamless has secured an order worth around Rs 217 crore from ONGC for supply of seamless pipes in oil & gas sector. The order is to be executed over next few quarters as per customer’s requirement.

Lupin has secured United States Food and Drug Administration’s (USFDA) approval for Armlupeg (pegfilgrastim-unne) 6 mg/0.6 mL injection for subcutaneous use in a single-dose prefilled syringe, as biosimilar to Neulasta (pegfilgrastim) 6 mg/0.6 mL injection. The product will be manufactured at the company’s Biotech facility in Pune, which was inspected by the USFDA prior to approval. Armlupeg is indicated to decrease the incidence of infection, as manifested by febrile neutropenia, in patients with nonmyeloid malignancies receiving myelosuppressive anti-cancer drugs associated with a clinically significant incidence of febrile neutropenia.

Waaree Energies has received an order from renowned customer engaged in the business of owning, developing and operating renewable power projects in India, for supply of 140MW solar modules in Financial Year 2025-26.

SML Mahindra has sold 1087 vehicles in November 2025 as against 539 vehicles in November 2024, showing growth of 102% year-on-year (Y-o-Y). Segment-wise, the company's passenger vehicles sales stood at 658 units in November 2025, up by 116% Y-o-Y, while cargo vehicles sales were at 429 units, up 83% Y-o-Y.    

Quick Heal Technologies has secured contract worth Rs 64.25 crore from NFSU Research and Innovation Council (NFSU is an Institution of National Importance under Ministry of Home Affairs), for implementation of the Integrated Cyber Security Solutions. The contract is for the period of 5 years.

Arvind Smartspaces (ASL) has acquired a new residential high-rise project in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad with a total estimated saleable area of around 3.6 lakh sq. ft. and a top-line potential of around Rs 400 crore. The project is acquired on an outright basis. This strategic addition marks a significant milestone in ASL’s growth journey and reinforces its commitment to delivering premium residential high-rise projects in high-potential markets.
