Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Global Offshore Services has informed that, one of the Company's Vessel (a PSV) has secured a term contract for firm duration of ninety (90) days with multiple options for extension on a mutual basis with commencement scheduled in December 2025. The value of the contract on an annual basis is estimated to be in the region of Rs 25.00 crores.
