Tata Communications, Amber Enterprises and Bharat Dynamics to see some action today

Tata Communications has acquired 51% stake in Commotion Inc., a leading AI-native Enterprise SaaS Platform company with operations in the US and India. This acquisition marks a significant step in accelerating AI integration across Tata Communications’ Digital Fabric offerings, particularly within its Customer Interaction Suite, that includes Tata Communications Kaleyra, to deliver contextual and converged AI driven experiences for both customers and employees.

Amber Enterprises India’s material subsidiary-- IL JIN Electronics (India) has acquired 80% stake in the equity share capital of Shogini Technoarts (Shogini) on December 1, 2025, for a total purchase consideration of around Rs 506 crore. Consequent to the aforesaid acquisition, Shogini has become a subsidiary of IL JIN and a step-down subsidiary of Amber Enterprises India.

Bharat Dynamics has secured additional orders worth Rs 2461.62 crore since the last disclosure on November 13, 2025. Major orders received include ATGMs and SAM (Emergency Procurement). Executed ATGMs to be executed in a span of 42 months and SAMs to be executed in a span of 12 months.

GHV Infra Projects has received a work order from GHV (India) for execution of Civil, MEP and finishing work for the buildings in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. The work order is valued at around Rs 109 crore and to be completed within period of 30 months from the date of commencement of work.

Hero MotoCorp has reported a 31 per cent year-on-year increase in total sales at 6,04,490 in November. The two-wheeler maker sold 4,59,805 units in the same month last year. Domestic sales stood at 5,70,520 units last month as compared with 4,39,777 units in the year-ago period. Exports rose to 33,970 units as against 20,028 units in November last year.

Syrma SGS Technology has initiated construction on a new state-of-the-art Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing facility, marking an important step forward in the company’s long-term expansion strategy. The plant, being developed through its subsidiary Syrma Strategic Electronics, brings together advanced capabilities and a renewed push to strengthen India’s electronics manufacturing ecosystem. Located within the Naidupeta Industrial Zone, the upcoming facility is designed to produce a full spectrum of PCBs, including single-layer, multi-layer variants. With this facility, Syrma SGS will strengthen itself as a key contributor to India’s high-growth electronics sector.
