Amber Enterprises India’s material subsidiary -- IL JIN Electronics (India) has acquired 80% stake in the equity share capital of Shogini Technoarts (Shogini) on December 1, 2025, for a total purchase consideration of around Rs 506 crore. Consequent to the aforesaid acquisition, Shogini has become a subsidiary of IL JIN and a step-down subsidiary of Amber Enterprises India.
Amber Enterprises India design and manufacture complete RACs including window air conditioners (WACs) and indoor units (IDUs) and outdoor units (ODUs) of split air conditioners (SACs) with specifications ranging from 0.75 ton to 2 ton, across energy ratings and types of refrigerant.
