The brief details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is attached as Annexure I. The Company has received an intimation on December 02, 2025, at 12.52 pm (IST).
