The Board Meeting to approve the said results commenced at 3:06 pm (IST), today, on December 3, 2025, and concluded at 3:53 pm (IST). Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the company has informed that the window for trading in Securities of the Company by its designated persons and their immediate relatives shall open on Monday, December 8, 2025.
