In terms of Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, DMR Engineering has informed that the Company has today, Thursday, December 04, 2025 received an intimation regarding subscribed to and has been allotted 1,80,000 equity shares through Private Placement basis constituting 45% of the total shareholding of DM Gates and Penstocks (‘DM Gates and Penstocks’). It has further informed that post the allotment the shares allotted through Private Placement, the Company’s shareholding has changed from 60% to 45% of the total shareholding of DM Gates and Penstocks. The additional details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 November 11, 2024, are provided in Annexure - I.
