HCL Technologies, RailTel Corporation and Seamec to see some action today

HCL Technologies (HCLTech) and Strategy have entered into strategic partnership to accelerate the global adoption and deployment of Strategy Mosaic, Strategy's AI-powered Universal Semantic Layer, for global enterprise clients. As part of the collaboration, Strategy has named HCLTech a preferred enterprise solution and professional services partner. HCLTech will leverage its extensive consulting services and AIintrinsic technology expertise alongside Strategy’s engineering team to offer global clients a comprehensive suite of solutions to integrate Strategy Mosaic into complex, multicloud environments at scale. 

RailTel Corporation of India has received the Work Order from Central Public Works Department (Cpwd) for Design and Implementation of ICT network. The size of order as per work order is Rs 63.92 crore. The said order is expected to be completed by May 12, 2031. 

Seamec has entered into Contract with HAL Offshore for offering Charter Hire of our Multi Support Vessel ‘Seamec Agastya (erstwhile NPP Nusantara)’ for deploying the same in the ONGC under ongoing Contract of HAL for 5 years, after completion of statutory dry dock of the vessel. The Charter rate is $ 25,000 per day for balance period of 4 years. The Charter value would be around $ 43.07 million inclusive of GST.

RNIT AI Solutions (RNIT) has executed an Agreement with Department of Legal Metrology, Government of Andhra Pradesh. RNIT AI Solutions has secured a new project under its e-governance portfolio, marking the company’s first engagement with the Legal Metrology Department. Under this Agreement, RNIT will implement an AI-driven digital platform suite aimed at modernizing departmental operations through comprehensive digitization. The Agreement provides for a development period of two months, followed by a maintenance and support period of five years.

Lloyds Engineering Works has entered into Agreement with Virtualabs S.r.l., Italy as on December 04, 2025 for Development of radar technology in defense and civil applications. 

Zen Technologies has received orders, aggregating to Rs 120 crore (including GST), for supply of Comprehensive Training Node (CTN) comprising of a suite of various training simulators and equipment, from Ministry of Defence, Government of India. The order will be executed within a year. 

Excelsoft Technologies and AQA, a leading UK-based exam board, have created a joint AI taskforce to collaborate on research and development projects focused on the ethical and secure use of AI in the e-marking of handwritten student responses. For the foreseeable future, marking exams will remain a human process. This joint AI taskforce will combine AQA’s deep expertise in high-stakes assessment with Excelsoft’s advanced AI, data and e-assessment capabilities. The collaboration will focus on designing and testing responsible AI models and workflows that support human examiners, improve consistency, and enhance the reliability of marking, while maintaining the highest standards of fairness, transparency and data protection.
