Authum Investment & Infrastructure has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary in the name of ‘Authum Foundation’ under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, on December 05, 2025. The object of this wholly owned subsidiary is to carry out corporate social responsibility activities as per Companies Act, 2013 and such other social activities as permitted as per the objects of the company.
Authum Investment & Infrastructure is a registered NBFC carrying on the business of investment in shares and securities and also financing activities to achieve the goal of enhancing the value for its stakeholders.
