In this regard, CG Power and Industrial Solutions has informed that NSE vide letter no. NSE/LIST/COMP/CGPOWER/531/2025-2026 dated 5th December, 2025 and BSE vide letter no. LIST/COMP/KR/577/2025-26 dated 5th December, 2025 have granted no objection for the reclassification of the Outgoing Members of Promoter Group from the Promoter Group category. The above referred letters of NSE and BSE are enclosed.
