The details of the same are enclosed. The confirmation of the aforesaid schedule was received in today’s meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, the outcome of which has been intimated separately. Accordingly, the analyst call is being scheduled for an urgent matter for which the intimation is being made at shorter notice. They are also enclosing the presentation that will be made by the Company. No unpublished price sensitive information is proposed to be shared by the Company during this analyst call.
