Emkay Global Financial Services has terminated alliance with Icon Capital with effect from October 07, 2013, on mutual consent. Earlier as on November 15, 2012, the company had formed alliance with Icon Capital, a London based boutique investment bank to tap a wide range of investment banking and equity broking activities, including corporate advisory services, research led securities trading and capital markets advisory.
Emkay Global Financial Services, formerly known as Emkay Share and Stock Brokers, was established by two enterprising chartered accountants -- Krishnakumar Karwa and Prakash Kacholia -- on January 24, 1995. The company subsequently got listed on the BSE and the NSE in 2006.
