In continuation to submission of outcome of the board meeting on the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, submitted on December 01, 2025, Emmvee Photovoltaic Power has informed that it was noticed that there were typographical errors in the print version of the standalone financial numbers filed with the exchanges, pertaining to the previous reporting periods i.e., financial year ended March 2025 and the quarter & half year ended September 2024. There is no change in the consolidated results and the XBRL version of the results filed with the exchanges. In continuation, for ease of reference, the company has attached (Annexure-1) a comparison of the relevant numbers reported earlier and the correct numbers. The company further reiterated that the above typographical errors are inadvertent and unintentional. The company is resubmitting the correct set of standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
