Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Atishay has informed that the Company has received a Work Order from Hanumangarh Kendriya Sahakari Bank Ltd., Hanumangarh, functioning under Hanumangarh District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Rajasthan. The Scope of work includes the Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Micro ATMs for Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) and DUSS of Hanumangarh Kendriya Sahakari Bank Ltd. (HKSB), Hanumangarh. The total contract value of the work order is ? 93,10,700, inclusive of all applicable duties and taxes. This order further enhances the Company’s presence in the rural banking and agricultural cooperative ecosystem and reinforces our commitment to strengthening digital financial infrastructure across rural India. In compliance with the SEBI LODR Regulations, the disclosure in the prescribed format is enclosed as Annexure A.
