HFCL, MTAR Technologies and Dynamatic Technologies to see some action today

HFCL has secured export orders worth around $72.96 million (equivalent to around Rs 656.10 crore), for the supply of optical Fiber cables, through its overseas wholly owned subsidiary, from a renowned international customer. The order is to be executed by November 2026.

MTAR Technologies has secured major orders worth Rs 194 crore in Civil Nuclear Power sector. The orders received are part of Rs 504 crore of confirmed orders from kaiga 5 & 6 reactors.

Dynamatic Technologies and Dassault Aviation have entered into a strategic agreement for the manufacturing and assembly of the complete rear fuselage (Section 5) for Dassault Aviation’s latest business jet, the Falcon 6X. This milestone follows the successful industrialisation by the company of the rear fuel tank, whose commercial production has already commenced with deliveries made to Dassault Aviation. 

SPML Infra, in joint venture with Shree Hari Infraprojects, has secured a project worth Rs 207.38 crore (inclusive of GST) from Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Jhalawar, Rajasthan. The project under the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) is part of Nonera Water Supply Project, aims to significantly strengthen water supply infrastructure across Kota & Bundi region in Rajasthan. It involves executing comprehensive construction and operation works, including 10 years of operations & maintenance (O&M).

Shriram Pistons & Rings has executed definitive agreement to acquire 100% shareholding in Antolin Lighting India (ALIPL), Grupo Antolin India (GAIPL), and Grupo Antolin Chakan (GACPL), a subsidiary of GAIPL. Collectively, these companies represent some of the leading providers of advanced interior solutions to the automotive industry. This acquisition, valued at around Rs 1,670 crore on a debt-free, cash-free basis, plays a key role in the company’s long-term strategy to diversify beyond the traditional ICE powertrain components. By entering the fast-growing automotive interiors segment, the company strengthens its leadership position and future-proofs its portfolio against evolving industry trends.

Senores Pharmaceuticals has received marketing authorizations from the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for a basket of 10 products across Therapies like Cardiovascular, CNS, and Pain management, etc. This milestone marks a significant step in the company’s strategy to expand its footprint in Southeast Asia and enhance access to affordable healthcare.

Ace Software Exports has executed a letter of intent (LOI) with an US based enterprise engaged in the development of integrated, technology-enabled, AI-driven mortgage marketplace platform in the real-estate domain and aims to leverage technology, domain expertise, and structured workflows to build scalable solutions across its operating verticals. Further to the execution of the LOI, the company has received an initial Purchase Order for an amount of $48,000 (around Rs 43 lakh) to initiate the MVP phase of product engineering work, marking the commencement of execution activities under the multi-phase roadmap contemplated in the LOI.
