Sonalis Consumer Products has entered into a Memorandum of Undertaking (MoU) with Holkar Somnath Milk & Agro Products (Target Company) for acquisition of 100% Takeover of the Target Company, in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the MOU.
The company can achieve Expanding market presence and increasing market share, increasing revenue through expanded product offerings and customer base, Enhancing profitability through increased scale and synergies, Reducing dependence on a single product or market.
Pursuant to the terms of the MOU and upon fulfilment of the conditions precedent contained in the MOU, Purchaser being the Company will acquire management and control of the Target Company.
Sonalis Consumer Products is a manufacturer, retailer, and a wholesaler of Snacks.
