The company can achieve Expanding market presence and increasing market share, increasing revenue through expanded product offerings and customer base, Enhancing profitability through increased scale and synergies, Reducing dependence on a single product or market.

Pursuant to the terms of the MOU and upon fulfilment of the conditions precedent contained in the MOU, Purchaser being the Company will acquire management and control of the Target Company.

Sonalis Consumer Products is a manufacturer, retailer, and a wholesaler of Snacks.
