Sammaan Capital has raised Rs 300 crore through the allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. The company has allotted 20,000 secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debenture (Series I NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,00,000 each aggregating to Rs 200 crore. It has also allotted 10,000 secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debenture (Series II NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,00,000 each aggregating to Rs 100 crore. The said NCDs are proposed to be listed on NSE and BSE. Tenor of the instrument is 5 years.
